Register here for the Great Yorkshire Run 2011 on Sunday 9 October 2011

The Great Yorkshire Run provides us with a platform to raise funds to deliver the additional services we provide. We also increase our profile in the City and generate many more supporters.

• Join 8,000 runners
• Run through the historic streets of Sheffield
• Experience a city that is a hotspot of culture, sport & entertainment
• A dynamic 10km road running experience

Since 2008, over 75 people have joined the Kickstart Running Team and taken part in the Great Yorkshire Run raising money for Kickstart Community Programmes Ltd.

This year we have a target to recruit 100 runners to the Kickstart Running Team and raise a massive £20,000 which will secure a new keyworker role and help us engage an additional 40 people per year onto our Structured Day Care Programme.

If you would like to give something back to your local community then join our team for 2011 and follow in the footsteps of our previous runners... some of whom you might recognise!

What happens now...

• Sign the Pledge Form and return to Kickstart.
• Register Online at www.greatrun.org and purchase your own running number *
• Send confirmation email to fundraising@kickstartsheffield.org once you have registered online.
• We will then send you an official notification that you have joined the Kickstart Running Team for 2011. Included will be a sponsor form and additional information about how you can easily fundraise online.
• We will set up a photo opportunity to accompany the press release highlighting your involvement.
• You will receive a Kickstart T-shirt the week before the Run.
• We will keep in contact with you at regular intervals over the next few months.

*There are no paper entries this year so each runner needs to purchase their own place.
